When you submit a project request, we collect the information you provide, including:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- Your ZIP code and project details (service type, timeline, and answers you provide)
- Technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, and how you interact with our site (collected through cookies and analytics tools like Google Tag Manager and, where applicable, TrustedForm)
How We Use Your Information
- To match your project with relevant local Pros and share your request with them
- To let matched Pros contact you with quotes and follow up about your project
- To verify and document your consent to be contacted (TCPA records)
- To operate, secure, measure, and improve our platform and advertising
How We Share Information
The core purpose of ProsClick is to connect you with Pros. When you submit a request, we share your contact details and project information with up to four matched Pros so they can provide quotes. We may also share information with trusted service providers who support our website, hosting, analytics, and consent verification. We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
Consent to Be Contacted (TCPA)
By submitting your information, you agree that ProsClick and the Pros matched to your project may contact you at the phone number and email you provide — including by automated telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and SMS — even if your number is on a state or federal Do-Not-Call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by asking us or the Pro to stop, or by replying STOP to any text message.

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure site performance, and understand how our platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.
Data Retention & Security
