1. What ProsClick Does
ProsClick is a lead-matching platform that connects homeowners ("Users") with independent local service professionals ("Pros"). ProsClick is not a contractor, does not perform services, and does not employ the Pros. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a Pro.
2. No Endorsement or Guarantee of Pros
While we take steps to verify Pros on our network, ProsClick does not guarantee the quality, licensing, insurance, safety, timeliness, or legality of any Pro's services. You are responsible for evaluating a Pro's qualifications, confirming their licensing and insurance, obtaining quotes, and deciding whether to hire them.
3. Your Submissions & Consent
By submitting a project request, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to request services for the property. You consent to be contacted by ProsClick and matched Pros as described in our Privacy Policy, including by phone, SMS, and automated technology.
4. Free to Use
Requesting quotes through ProsClick is free for homeowners. You are under no obligation to hire any Pro. Any payment for services is made directly between you and the Pro you choose.
5. Acceptable Use
- Provide accurate information and use the Platform only for genuine home-service needs
- Do not submit requests on behalf of others without authorization
- Do not misuse, scrape, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProsClick is not liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Platform or any interaction, agreement, or work performed by a Pro.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
